Burgas airport charges with 0.22 EUR PRM fee, every departing passenger of  all operating airlines based on the following documents and regulations:

1.   AOC meeting protocol form 17. February 2009;

2.   Regulation (EU) 1107/2006 by European Parliament;

3.   Doc 30 ECAC;

4.   Resolution of the Management Board of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management, dated 25. February 2009

The charge is in effect from 01. March 2009.
